Appointments on Evenings and Weekends
We understand that not all patients can attend the practice during our opening hours. We therefore offer both evening and Weekend appointments at St Charles Hospital, Violet Melchett Centre and Earls Court Health and Wellbeing Centre.
You will see a GP there, can have blood tests there, and see Nurses, pharmacists and health Care assistants. If you would like to book an appointment during these times please call reception on 020 7479 9750 to book an appointment.
Life Threatening
Call 999 or go to A&E now if:
- you or someone you know needs immediate help
- you have seriously harmed yourself – for example, by taking a drug overdose
A mental health emergency should be taken as seriously as a medical emergency.
Urgent But Not Life Threatening
Visit an urgent care centre if:
- You have an urgent medical issue requiring on the day attention
Non-urgent
Use NHS 111 if:
- You need help now, but it’s not an emergency
There will be someone to provide you with advice and to direct you to a clinician if it is necessary.
See a pharmacist if:
You need help with a range of common conditions and minor illness/ injuries, such as:
- aches and pains
- uncomplicated cystitis
- colds
- skin rashes
You don’t need an appointment; you can just pop in, so why wait for a consultation with your nurse or doctor. Don’t miss out on this valuable service on your high street.
