PATCHS Online Consultation
North West London CCG is launching a new online consultation tool called PATCHS which will replace e-Consult and improve the experience for patients.
To enable you to continue to access online consultations. You can register now but the service will not go live until Friday, 8 July 2022. Please continue to use e-Consult.
As the practice is transitioning to PATCHS, no online consultations will be available on 8th July 2022 while the changes take place. Please call the practice on 020 7479 9750 for any queries.
